Building Dreams and Growing Together
Current Projects:
Two outside playground auditors reviewed our present playground for safety. As a result, we are in the process, with Village support, of replacing the swings, a slide, bolts, and springs to bring it to safe standards for use over the next two summers. This money was spent from the American Rescue Funds the village received.
Celebrating our Heritage:
Wayne County is fourth in the Nation for apple growing! Rolling orchards and family farms surround Sodus Point! Our lovely Village is unique, supporting two lighthouses listed on the National Registry of Historical Places in New York State. We recognize our heritage with themes throughout the park celebrating agriculture and lighthouse history unique to our area.
Funding our Project:
We need your local support! Corporate Sponsors, Federal, State, County, and Private Grants will finance the project. Service Donations and the generosity of our seasonal visitors will make our dreams a reality for Willow Park Sodus Point, NY
About Our Park
Our goal is to build a year round, all abilities, multi-generational park for the community to enjoy physical and social wellness. It will be an inclusive destination that will attract families from surrounding regions which will further increase the economic growth and development of our beautiful Sodus Point village.
